carnival of rust

Last night all I wanted to do was play DDR until I felt like passing out. Instead my mom had company and my sister was getting a private flute lesson. Buu to that. Although later I did go see Yes Man with my sister. It was either than or Ben Button. Except then I realized that Ben Button is 3 hours long.. and that I really needed a funny movie. I'm glad we chose Yes Man though. It was funny and silly.. but also hopeful? Something like that. Although I still want to see Slumdog Millionaire because it is apparently quite good.

For some reason I've had this one section of She's Like Heroin by System of a Down stuck in my head all day. Which really makes no sense because I haven't listened to SOAD in like a month.. and that's not even one of my favorite songs.

I also started watching Speed Grapher last night. For a few minutes there I thought that it might be a good one to share with anime club.. except then there was the crazy rich fetish club thing and I thought better of my initial assessment. It's really dark and different from anything else I've watched but I want to try and stick it out. We shall see. Plus... my download of Soul Eater isn't playing properly. *shakes fist*
