Men's skating finished tonight. Johnny Weir got fucking robbed and I am so upset. I was legit crying by the end of his routine it was so perfect and emotional. He's just such a beautiful skater.

6th place. He did not deserve that. Even the commentators thought that it was wrong that he didn't get bronze with his performance in his two programs. Ugh.

So... instead of a celebratory picspam. I give you the "Johnny Weir is a fierce bitch on ice who is also presh and amazing ALL THE TIME" picspam.




These will be in no particular order after a while. I have 100+ images saved and very few of them are actually organized by event.

Now we move on the random assortment. There are a lot of photoshoot pics, there is this one photographer who takes lots of off-ice pics of skaters and so many of those pics are just beautiful. Some costumes will be the same as above, but I don't know if they are from the same events of what.

Oh. My. God. This is epic and amazing and I seriously admire your dedication to picspamming this amazing man.

He skated the best I've ever seen him skate tonight, and he was seriously underscored, but he should still be sooo proud of his programs, both tonight's and Tuesday night's.

I'm totally putting this in my memories, JSYK.

Tonight's skate was beautiful. Like.. literally I was crying by the end of it. I think he has a lot to be proud of. I mean.. Galina's reaction tonight says so much about how amazing it was. It sucks that the judges couldn't see fit to reward that, but it doesn't change the fact that he's amazing.

I really wonder what the future holds for him. Is he gonna skate another season? I'm so disappointed. I mean he wasn't even in contention for first place, why rob him? Not like Takahita won't have another chance. And he skated so clean omg.

:P I have this problem. I start saving pictures of someone.. and then suddenly I'm making subfolders labeled by date and event name.. and then I end up dumping them all on my lj and hoping that someone has a use for them. lol.

World's is in the end-ish of March, but I'm honestly not sure what he's gonna do. It doesn't seem like he was planning on really continuing much longer. *sigh*

I do the same thing except I forgo the folders. Omg it's a nightmare, you should just see my media folder. Hell, all Kradison photos are in Tommy's folder and half of Tommy's photos are in Adam's folder under "Tommy and Adam" and omg idek where half of my stuff is.

He definitely won't be around for another Olympics. He'll be too old by then. But I mean if he goes out medaling at the World's.. it'll still be a high note.

And then he can go set the fashion world ablaze. <3

Haha I get crazy OCD about being able to find my pics once I have enough of them. So I start categorizing. My main Adam folder has subfolders for pre-idol, idol, tour and post-idol, as well as brad, drake and tommy. Each of THOSE folders have multiple folders. Like under tour I have: meet and greet, stage, photoshoots. *_*

Yea I don't know it's been confirmed that he's gonna do World's at all.. but here's hoping?

And YES~ he would do an awesome job setting the fashion world ablaze. <3

Oh oops, I just realised I wasn't very specific. I was thinking if he doesn't retire right now, but skates another season, he has a chance at World's. And if he placed in the top 3, that would be a high note, and then he could retire with that honour. But of course, no idea whether it'll actually happen.

Oh I like my folders organized too. Only problem is there are way too many of them, and I don't have the time or patience to! It's terrible. D:

I'm so glad of all things, it's fashion he wants to do. He won't disappear off the radar. He could put on skating fashion shows lmao. How cool would that be?

Re. nail polish, in the end I bought a yellow (Nicole by OPI in Lemon-Lime Twist) which I love and a sparkly dark blue that I haven't tried yet. I'm really tempted to go back & get more of the Nicole neon shades :-).
