Gah, I have so much stuff to be keeping track of now that the semester has started. So not fun!
But before I start, our apartment is kinda cold. :( We keep the heat at 68* to try and save the gas bill (it was $111 last month) but with all the snow we got.. things are kinda chilly. Tonight my hands got so cold that my wrists started hurting. I am typing and wearing my little fingerless armwarmer things. Also I am wrapped in my fleece blanket.
Anyway, today I am going to give you a snapshot of my weeks until May.
Monday
8:00-9:00 commute from home to campus
9:15-11:30 office hours on campus
11:45-1:15 bio colloquium on campus
[lunch]
1hr commute to lab
?? - till i get hungry: lab
Tuesday
lab
3:00-4:15 commute to campus
4:35-6:05 class
6:15-7:15 commute home
Wednesday
OMG I GET TO STAY AT THE LAB ALL DAY
(except for the days that there is a speaker on campus... or when I need to go in for grad colloquium fml, in which case... more commuting)
Thursday
8:00-9:00 commute to campus
9:00-10:00 office hours on campus
10:00-10:45 TA meeting
LOTS OF DEAD TIME UNLESS I NEED TO GO BACK TO THE LAB TO MEET WITH ONE OF THE FISHERIES FACULTY CANDIDATES ARGH
4:35-6:05 class
6:15-7:15 commute home
Friday
6:30-7:30 commute to campus (*SOB*)
8:00-11:00 teach bio lab
lunch
2:50-5:50 teach bio lab
6:00-7:00 commute home blah
Basically, having to commute for an hour totally screws me over and I have to teach a lab at 8am on Friday morning. And bawwwwwww I dun wanna.

In other, happier, news... I am going to the Johnny Weir book signing with my sister on Saturday. I am way excited.
