*oozes around LJ for a while*
So.. I haven't updated in a while. And a lot has happened.... which can only mean this entry is going to be crap lol.
Field experiment concluded for now. Analysis indicates that perhaps we are going to see ~something happening. Which is encouraging. I am going to Benthics in March with a poster.. so I need to get my ass working on that. Boo.
Teaching is going well. After a few rocky labs, this week's went much smoother. Except then I forgot to input grades before handing back a whole pile of stuff. Soo.... FML I need to get it all back now. TA!fail. woo...
In other news
I GOT MY NEW LAPTOP AND IT IS SO SHINY AND FAST AND PRETTY THAT I WANT TO LIKE FROLIC IN A FIELD OF DAISIES WITH IT WHILE RAINBOWS SHINE AND THERE IS LIKE.. CHEESY MOVIE MUSIC PLAYING.
Also, it has a kickass webcam built-in, so.. pictures! YAY!
