Tomorrow I have to run a lab at 6am. I don't have the data sheets. I only have a vague idea of how it's going to go. I'll be half-asleep and likely falling on my ass constantly anyway. I hope that I end up with the data sheets because I do not like the idea of making some data sheets up at like 1am.

Also I have to write this methods section and I just can't make myself care. I sent a shitty draft of my NSF proposal to my advisor and I feel like it's just going to disappoint him. And yeah. MY ISSUES. LET ME SHOW YOU THEM.

*sigh*

On the plus side, my awful last-minute paper from last week ended up with a 91%, so I guess I didn't do too bad.

I am so tired. I think I can feel my body going, wtf rest, except I can't let myself. Too much to get done these days.

On the plus side, my refund check is on its way. Any laptop recs for me? Looking for something that'll be fast.

My only laptop rec would be something light weight. Save your back if you can. Battery life is always fun too.

And yesss, I def want something light with lots of battery.

Get a new hp pavillion. reliable laptop, it'll have windows 7 on it. Fast is pretty much the standard for new laptops anyway, pretty much none of them come with less than 3 gigs of DDR2 if you're buying retail now.

*adds to list of things to look up reviews for* Have you played with Windows 7 yet? I haven't and I am curious.

I saw it in beta, looked good and ran on way less resources than vista does. Reviews are favorable and it even satisfied Gabe from Penny Arcade, and pretty much no Windows operating system ever has done that. So I'd say outlook is good.

Pat has it and swears by it. The only reason I don't have it is because I'm stubborn and resist change xD

Psh, get a Mac. They rule the universe. :P.
