In two days, we will be on vacation. I am excited, even though I know nothing about where we are going.
Played DDR for like an hour tonight. I am so tired and out of practice. This is not acceptable world. As I was playing though, I realied that I would never again play at TGA and it made me suddenly sad. I feel like the auction was last month and I need to see what the results of that were. *returns from looking* Ok now I am just depressed.
ANYWAY! Meme and then I work on plotting out my Heroes story. x_x;

1) What was your very first anime and when did you get hooked on it?
The very first anime I watched and loved was Digimon, even though I didn't even really realize it was anime. I watched all of seasons 1 to 3 on Fox Kids. I still have taped episodes of it floating around here somewhere. I got hooked on it because I thought they were all so cute and I loved the idea of being a Tamer. This was like... sophomore year in high school. Which is kind silly because I definitely got up early every Saturday to watch cartoons for hours.
2) Who has the prettier eyes: Bradley James, Santiago Cabrera, or Jensen Ackles? (Colin is not an option this time, just to change things up. :p)
D: Why would you not include Colin?! I actually had to go look up pictures of all these boys and I think I've decided that Jensen wins. Santiago has really dark eyes and Bradley's appeal to me is more about his facial expressions and such. But Jensen has these really pretty light brown eyes. @_@
3) (This is a re-used question, cause I like it.) Colin and Bradley have had a huge falling out and are threatening to leave Merlin. You get the chance to persuade ONLY ONE of them to stay; the other may still leave. Who do you choose, why, and how do you handle it?
*twitch* Oh god. Um. I can't even imagine the show without both of them and their dynamic in it. I think.. ultimately the show IS called "Merlin" and I really love Colin.. so I think I would try to convince him to stay. Then I would probably also try to convince him to try and put things behind so that they can both stay anyway because.. well. Arthur! But then I would deal with it very poorly by angsting over how awful it is to not see both of them together.
4) If you had to give up slash, would you still hang around fandoms? Why/why not?
I would still hang-out in fandom, although I wonder what you mean by "giving up slash". Like.. can't read it? Can't talk about it at all? I'm not really "in it" for the slash, but more for the feeling of connecting with other people who love the same shows/media that I do. I would deal with it better if I could at least still chat about it with people just because it does end up becoming a large part of fandom. I feel like without that, fandom might feel a bit lonely?
5) Sort of related to the last question: If you were no longer allowed to ship your favourite couples, slash or het, but could still pair them with other characters, would you, or would you just leave the fandom?
Hrm. This is a good one. I tend to ship loosely. There are only a few ships I read that I refuse to consider other pairings for and they are spread among lots of fandoms. My favorites tend to be these ones, but there is always something else within a fandom that I will somewhat ship and that would be enough to make me stay. :)

Ahaha my answer to that would have been much more shallow. *shame*
I have the same thoughts on slash, though I'm a one ship kinda girl. Though usually because there are too few pairings that make sense/have some appeal.
