I am eating a chocolate cookie with Reese's pieces in it. It is glorious.
Last weekend's loli meetup at the Peabody was a lot of fun. So a huge thank you to RayRay for setting it up despite all the stupid petty drama involved. I can say that one of the best parts was meeting 2 new lolitas who are really cool. So hopefully we'll all get a chance to see them again. There were lots of pictures of people pretending to fight various things and general antics. And omg the choice of food was AMAZING. (I don't care what anyone says about japanese food not needing to be the default food just cuz it's a Japanese fashion, I freaking love sushi). Anyway, I got to frilly for the day along with hanging out with the awesome group I really don't ever see otherwise. xD
Let's see.. work is still.. work. I am still displeased with some things. And I also managed to majorly bork an experiment by infecting with the wrong virus. So now we might be able to salvage something.. but it looks doubtful. So I am a dumb-ass.
Totally looking forward to anime club tonight. Although the SU staff are starting their tradition of being jerks a little early this year. Last week we were halfway into the episode of Genshiken and the manager came by at 11:30 and was like, "you all have to leave". And we were all like, "wtf we have half an hour". Finally he ended up saying that the dude who collects the projector needed to pack up. So we ended early... IT WAS SO LAME. And then the stupid kid who sets up the projector... didn't even get there till 11:45. So I call BS on "he needs time to pack up". UGH. We will see what happens this week. We always seem to have a problem for a couple weeks and then it goes away.. so my fingers are crossed. Its just so frustrating since we are seriously a really good club that always deals with things on-time... with the proper procedure. And then we get treated like it doesn't even matter. *sigh*
