A moo-feast for the ages!
Last week, Linda was not there.. which meant it was a very slacker-oriented week. Not that I still didnt work like hell to get everything done. Just that there was a strong emphasis on getting things done as fast as possible with as little effort as possible while still doing it right. xD
Anyway, that's not the important thing.
Yesterday (Friday) was mine and Justin's one year aniversary!! I got out of work as early as I could so we could max our time. We spent 2 hours making tempura and fettucine with shrimps and scallops. And it was sooo worth the time. It was a true feast. It was a really nice evening because it was just totally laid back, but it still felt special knowing that we'd been together a year. Plus we had a lot of reeeally good food.
Unfortunately we didn't get the weekend for us because I'm babysitting the daughter of a co-worker of my dad. He's in India at a conference and asked if I could take care of her for the week so that he wouldn't have to take her to India. So now I'm here. Yeah.
