hold it together
So when I said that the semester was going to start of interestingly... um.. yeah... I was right about it.
My classes look kinda deathly.
Quantitative Analytical Chemistry - I cant even say the name without stumbling. And at first the prof was telling us that we would need to copy and hand in all our notes so he could see them. Luckily lots of people complained so he scrapped that idea. The material doesnt look too bad, but the lab looks a pain in the ass. 3 hours twice a week. I just gotta stay on top of the work and I think Ill be ok.
BioChem - I read 8 pages of the book in 3 hours last night. And I couldnt do anymore. Its very dull reading. The class is taught regionally as well, so all the lectures are transmitted to the other places over the interwebs. But the system has issues and just today they couldnt get it to work and class was cancelled. We havent had lab yet, but it looks okayish.
Racquetball - Ha. Im going to love this class.
Thesis Work - Ive been avoiding the lab. But I cant do it next week cuz I need to do that stats work. ew.
ResNet is going ok. I feel like the most useless tier 3 ever since Im still really unsure about the higher level things. But Ill learn as I go I suppose.
There have been a lot of personal changes this week. Things that I never would have expected to change at all had you asked me 2 months ago. But for better or worse... things are going to be very different thing semester. Somehow... I find myself curious about how it will turn out. Willing to go find out. Im not sure how most of everyone else is taking it. It was very hard for me to make this decision and even harder to follow through with it. And I can only hope that in the end it was the right choice. But as they say... live and learn.
It was time for me to start living.
