A light...
And everything slowly is starting to fall into place.
Lesson learned: It's better to straight up ask that sit and wonder. Even if the answer isn't exactly what you wanted, it let's you move on to the next stage.
I hadn't realized how much worrying about this has made me unhappy. But I was sitting alone at lunch today, thinking, and I realized that I was at peace with everything. Like a weight has been taken off me and I can breathe again. All that's left for me to decide with what comes next and that I can handle. =)
Steve said something interesting to me last night when we were talking online. He said that for some reason, when he's around me he just gets happier. Like... a calming influence. I was thinking about that at lunch and I was wondering how many other people that applies to. I've had other people tell me that talking to me or being around them makes them happy. I wonder how true that is.
New mission: happiness.
