Mornings are teh suck...

Sooooo tired. Just sitting here in a computer lab down the hall from the crappy room where I will attempt to sit for 1.25 hours and stay awake.

I have super iced mocha power so maybe I can do it this time... It helped last time but I wasn't so sleepy.

Luckily... I have Azumanga Daioh manga books in my backpack. I'm thinking I'm going to read that in class for a bit. Just because I can. And manga is infinitely better than evolutionary biology.

I need a shower... as if anyone cared. But it's 9:15am. I generally tell people to not hold me responsible to anything I say before 10am. Whee for rambling. I need to make myself some sort of note to explain why I skipped Japanese on Monday and went to the mall instead. I'm glad I skipped though... I bought an FMA shirt which makes teh Carolina happy.

I have work tonight. Should be interesting... more phone support training. I have some funny stories about that from last week. Like when Andrew pretended to have a call so I tapped into the line and couldn't figure out how to get off of it without killing something. Or when I was checking the voicemail and Padma told Justin how to talk to me through the lines while I was listening to messages. So of course he scares me half to death by saying "This is the voicemail" very loudly. And I look over and Padma is laughing in the call center.

I feel like death.... it's kinda crunchy... and tasty....

Hah, well at least you've done training... I have done seriously like no training whatsoever. My tier 2 training was with Brian, and he's just like, sit here... and uhh... follow this checklist. And I kept wanting him to look to see if I was doing stuff right, but he was like, it probably is, and I'm lazy. I'm like thaaanks. And then Easter was the day I was supposed to do phone training, except that was the day we all left and went to dinner for like 3 hrs... so i did nothing that day pretty much.

The training isn't that hard really... Just exactly what's on the checklist. Apparently it's fun if you get a really complicated comp. But I didn't get one of those during my training...

And the phone training... you sit in a room... alone for 4 hours... and hope the phone rings so you can listen in. And it's usually people with easy questions.... It's only fun if you get someone who is put on hold and doesn't realize that you can hear them. Or someone who just talks about weird stuff.

You're better at this work thing than I am, so if I can do it... I'm pretty sure you can too!!

He got a job for the summer at the diary barns. Since he's an animal science major... he's gonna try and stay in that job for the school year.

Being at UCONN forever would really suck though... so don't do that!!

I nearly did pass out. Several times. The only thing that kept me from dying was my iced mocha and the fact that I brought some manga with me to class and pretty much spent most of the time ignoring her and reading comics. It's like middle school again.

Doing other work in class is addicting, what's you start you can't stop. As for the phone support room, why don't you bring homework to do there? Finanlly, if you haven't already, play Katamari Damaci, cause it rocks the house.

I'm not sure that reading manga really counts as doing other work though... But that is how I will justify it now.

I can't do hw while at work or I get fired. It sucksss.

And I watched my roomie play that game. Waaaaaaaaay trippy. You like... roll things up.... o_O
