My weekend was really tense. I saw my mom for maybe a total of 6 hours over the weekend. Everyone was on edge since my dad was in the hospital. I spent Friday watching anime with my sister because she was absolutely terrified about the entire situation and didn't want to think about it. On the plus side, I actually know what's going on now. Basically, he had gall bladder stones that left the gall bladder and blocked something. So on Friday they did the first surgery to remove the blockage. Unfortunately, the block messed everything up and his pancreas got infected and swollen. So, they're waiting for everything to stabilize before doing the gall bladder removal.
We got to visit him on Saturday. He was looking alright I suppose. It was just kinda sad to see him there in the hospital, knowing what was going on. I just want him to get better is all. I visited again on Sunday before I left to come back to school. He was looking a bit better, but I dunno. The one thing I can say about the hospital though is that the people who work there are really nice. The tech dude had to check my dad while we were there on Sat. and he was nice enough to explain to my little bro and sis what he was doing so that they wouldn't be confused or scared with all the dials and stuff. Fortuantely the worst is over I think and *crosses fingers* hopefully he will get better soon.
All this meant was that my weekend was tense. I was in charge at home which included dinner and making sure the sibs did their work. (urgh) I got less sleep than I normally do and I didn't study japanese again. I was to busy. But oh well.... not like it matters anyway... NIght all. I'll be more coherent in the morning.
