I watched the pilot of Glee last night and was surprisingly charmed by it. It was cute and very stereotypical high school... but entertaining. I will definitely be watching it in Sept. Also, I have heard that Heroes S4 starts filming right around now. yay tv!

1. The first character I fell in love with: Oh my gosh definitely Merlin. He's just so... squishable and amusing!
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Hm. This is a tough one. I started on an open book and didn't really expect to love anyone to begin with. But honestly about partway through the first episode I was like, god this Arthur guy. what a douche I don't like him. But.. yea not so much now.
3. The character I would shag anytime: They're all so pretty... but I think my heart, it belongs to Merlin
4. The character I'd slap: Gaius I think. For being well-meaning but ultimately hiding things that will probably bite everyone in the ass later. x_x;;
5. Who are my 3 favorite characters. Merlin, Arthur and... probably Morgana. I don't feel like I know Gwen enough yet or something? Hrm.
6. What are my 3 favorite pairings. Merlin/Arthur, Gwen/Morgana and... I dunno o_O I mostly read those two. Although Gwen/Lancelot is cute (despite the implications of that)
7. The coolest thing about the canon: It has a lot of what I love in my fantasy.. and it's set in the coolest backdrop of historical-inaccuracy. xD Go figure I'd like that.
8. The lamest thing about the canon: Lack of build-up to Gwen and Arthur's relationship.
9. My guiltiest pleasure in this fandom: I've read a lot of strange fanfic in this fandom... genderswap... that handful of Arthur/Uther fic... that has it done to mee

xD My general feeling when I read anything A/U was "ohgodwhyamireadingthis?!" but then it's like... can't.. look... away.

I hesitated for so long before reading that A/U, then I ended up skimming through most of it. I just really can't read incest fic, especially between a parent and their child, without feeling a little bit nauseous. I've tried, and it just doesn't work... (I guess there are limits to my perversity, after all. Who knew?)

I may play around with it more, once I clear some things I'm already working on. ^^;

*ahem* Yeah, it's best not to think on it too hard. Or at all. ^^; The only incest I have ever been able to stomach is Weasley twincest in HP, and then nothing graphic and just in passing. I never even joined the Wincest craze.

I.. need to get on that whole.. watching SPN thing. lol. So I can't comment on the Wincest. Ouran gets a lot of twincest too, but I don't really read anything in that fandom. And given recent events in the manga, I could never ship it anyway.

CCS is one of my absolute FAVOURITE manga! (The anime's cute, but I generally prefer CLAMP's manga.)

You mean you haven't watched SPN? *gasp* Oh, bb, YOU MUST! It's such a goooood show!! I never really got into Ouran. It came out as I was moving out of my anime/manga obsessions. (I still love the ones I did obsess over, I just stopped picking up new ones.) I've heard tons of good things about it though, so who knows? Maybe one of these days I'll look into it...

CCS was the first manga I ever completely bought. CLAMP is so pretty you just HAVE to stare at their manga for ages.

I have the first three seasons waiting here for me!! D: I just know that once I start I won't be able to stop, so I wanna make sure I have enough time for it.

Ouran is cute and funny reverse-harem. I personally love the manga because you get so much more character detail than the manga. It's pretty wordy though so that is off-putting to some people.

Ooh, yes, very much. CLAMP was the first manga... could you call them a manga-ka, since there are four of them?... that I fell in love with. (That was before they got all bitchy about copyright infringement and distributing their art online. XP)

YOU NEED TO GET ON THAT! Though it is really hard to stop once you start. REEEEALLY hard to stop. ^^;

Wordiness doesn't bug me too much in manga. Ouran is definitely on my 'someday, when I have the money and inclination' list. ^^;
