This morning on the way to work, the higher-beings that control my radio decided to hate on me.. again. Halfway to work, much to my dismay, my only listening options were: ads, "Sexy Back" by Justin Timberlake... or that really annoying song by Pink. *woe*
I am also sad because they came to cut down the big tree in our backyard this morning. In the past few years it has dropped 2 large branches.. the last one nearly landed on my brother's room. So.. it was time for it to go. It's the last large leaf-dropping tree on our property. We have the ornamental cherry tree still.. and a little stunted tree in the front.. and then the 2 pine trees. ;_; I liked that tree. It made pretty colors in the fall. Also.. now when we rake leaves it will be with the knowledge that NONE OF THEM CAME FROM OUR TREES RAGEEE!!! *cough*
._.'' Work is being quite quiet. After last week, it's a relief. Except that I am very tired today. It took me 45 minutes to get to real sleep last night for some reason. And there is an annoying draft that sends cool air all across my face while I'm curled up in bed. *mental note*: Put towels along the remaining three windows. There is something very wrong when the rest of the house is markedly warmer than my room in the morning...
