So I never actually made an AB post. I mean, beyond the squeaking upon my return.
Lessee... My car left UCONN at like 11:15? and got to Boston at 1:30. There was a little construction traffic, but that was it. Justin and I stayed up insanely late to try and finish our cosplay, but in vain. Oh well, CTcon it is! Anyway, we arrived at 1:30 to wait in the pre-reg line. 4+ hours later, we had badges. It was a pretty miserable situation. Apparently there were system issues, and a larger crowd due to it being Good Friday. So finally after 6 we managed to get situated in hotel rooms and hit the con. It was all good fun as we went to go watch the AMV contest (after stopping by the very boring Karaoke room). The quality was amazing. Anyway, then it was back to the rooms to play a really long game of Munchkin!
About the rooms.. they didn't have enough rooms with 2 beds. So they bumped 2 of the rooms up to suites. it was... to echo other sentiments... pretty sweet. xD
Saturday we hit the dealer's room before the pillows concert. And I spent a lot of money. Way too much. Then it was the pillows concert!! I've never really been a huge fan of theirs, but I love seeing live bands. And the were pretty badass. At least I recognized the FLCL songs. Sadly, the concert ran over, so no more dealer's room. So we just went to the Masquerade, which was pretty awesomeful. Sunday was just dealer's room and some cosplay chess.
I wore lolita all weekend!! (well not Sunday). It was awesome. I ran into Carolyn a few times which was cool. And I saw some of the Boston lolitas from afar, but didn't talk to them. Also got accosted by a girl wearing the Twinkle Mermaid jsk in blue and her punk loli friend. There's a pic of us together because they all wanted one. Looking that pics, I see that I dont fill out the top of that jsk very well at all. I look a little deformed up top? I'll need to figure out a way to make that work better.
Things I bought:
a Fate/Stay doujin (which is total hentai, but the non-hentai art is sooo cute so I'm cutting out those pages and saving the cute)

Too bad parking ended up costing a small fortune. Parking for 2 days and afew hours shouldn't be over 100 dollars!! wtf.
Anyway, I've been in a bad place mentally and I'm starting to think all these anxiety issues and general craziness really is related to my pills. I missed Saturday morning so I took 2 on Sunday as per instructions. And I spent the next day total flipping out over everything. I'm such a mess. Stupid everything...
Anyway, Pops N Jazz on Saturday will be awesome.
