So I finally got my reply from the honor's office. I should have figured, but it makes me so freaking angry.

My GPA was .06 below the required. So I don't get the honor's graduation on my diploma.

I kinda knew that was going to happen, but it makes me feel like all the effort I put into the stupid program was all for nothing. The harder classes.. the stupid thesis I almost made myself sick trying to finish in time. I went through all this effort and jumped through all these hoops to get my paperwork in. And I know it wasn't all for nothing. I got a lot of research experience. I took some good classes..

But even that knowledge doesn't change the fact that when someone looks at my resume, all they'll see is a lack of the honor's designation. They won't see the rest of the work I did.

This sucks....
