I'm doneeeee...
<3 My torure is going to lessen now since I finally got the GRE over and done with. No exams for three weeks! *sings~* Can you tell I'm excited? *grin*
GRE: Was long and boring as expected. 3.5 hours in front of a greyscale computer monitor, taking a stupid standarized test that is going to determine a lot for grad school. And of course it was at 8:30am.. and the morning has never been my strong point. Well.. I got through, and much to my surprise, at the end they show you your scores!! Not for the writing part.. but for the verbal and math. zomg.
Verbal: 640 of 800
Math: 800 of 800 (!!!!! *_*)
I sat and stared at the screen in shock for a few minutes. So.. yeah 1480 on the GRE. Me excited? What?
So after that extreme excitement, I finally get to take a break to.. y'know.. plan my future. I already know what classes I'm taking next semester. Intro to Biochem with lab, Analytical Chemistry with lab, and my thesis writing. That leaves me with one credit short of full-time student. So.. I figure I'll pick up some easy class for a few credits.. like raquet ball or something.
And then the dreaded grad school applications begin. There's this one program in Cali that looks AMAZING.. but they accept like 4 people into it.. I'm going to try anyway I suppose. Need to email the guy this week so I know a little more about the program. Then I need to email people in all the other programs I want to get into. @__@ Grad school is scary....
Human blood again this week. Hopefully I wont get stuck doing my work *and* half of Milton's work again. Otherwise there will be problems. *scary face*
Now to work on my halloween costume.....
